The land area is about 3,677 pings( equivalent to 12,155 square meters) and the building area is 6,956 pings(Equivalent to 22,995 square meters). The total transaction amount is NT$1.03 billion.
Getac Technology Corporation stated that the purchase of Taoyuan Dazhi Plant was mainly to diversify the allocation of global production capacity in order to cope with the growth of future operations. -
