Getac Reports Fourth Quarter 2021 Result

Taipei, Taiwan, 25th, February 2022—Getac Holdings Corporation (TSE:3005) at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, approved its audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended on December 31st , 2021. Consolidated Revenue was NT$30,084 million, an increase of 8.1% as compared to NT$27,838 million in 2020. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent was NT$4,274 million, an increase of 65.8% as compared to NT$2,577 million in the previous year. Earning per share (EPS) was NT$ 7.20, up 63.6% from $4.4 in 2020.

The board of directors of Getac at the meeting today also passed a resolution to distribute a cash dividend of NT$3.6. The record date for dividend distribution is set to be April 2, 2022, and the ordinary share register closed period is set from March 29,2022 to April 2, 2022. The cash dividend is scheduled to be distributed on April 27.
