Getac Reports First Half Year 2022 Results

Getac Holdings Corporation (TSE:3005), a global leading rugged computing solution and mechanical solution provider, today announced its reviewed financial results for the first half year ended on June 30^th 2022.

1H’22 (January through June) Highlights:

Consoidated Revenue was NT$15,043 million, up 0.88% YoY.
Operating Profit was NT$1,176 milion, down1.45% YoY.
Net income after tax attributabe to the parent company was NT$779 million, down 73.41% YoY. The difference was mainly due to a gain on disposal of PMD equity of approximately 2,519 million in the second quarter of 2021, whereas a loss of NT519 million was recognized in the second quarter this year due to a patent infringement lawsuit.
Earning per share (EPS) was NT$1.3, comparing with NT$4.96 in the same period in 2021, down 73.79% YoY.
